Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master!
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews,
and retrospectives
Remove impediments and foster team productivity.
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Encourage continuous improvement across delivery cycles.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall transitions.
