Job Summary:

The Change Management Engineer will support the Change Management team by ensuring efficient maintenance and approval processes within the organization s wireless network. This role requires a proactive approach to managing change requests, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing change-related processes using tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in Change Management Maintenance activities, including decision-making during approval processes.
  • Develop and manage Moratoriums for the wireless network, ensuring proper handling of work stoppages and freezes.
  • Assist in the development, approval, and maintenance of ServiceNow and CMDB systems.
  • Contribute to the formulation and establishment of robust change management processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable scheduling, entry, and approval workflows for the change management system using ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Track and report performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change management ecosystem.
  • Define change success and failure criteria, conduct root cause analyses, manage failure notifications, and follow up on incidents.
  • Develop and maintain an intuitive dashboard for NOC teams to efficiently track and troubleshoot change requests.
  • Perform additional ancillary activities related to the above responsibilities, as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Change Management processes in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, JIRA, and other change tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Ability to establish structured approval workflows and scalable scheduling solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
