Title: Supply Chain Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL, 33607
Duration: 4-5 Months contract with potential to be hired (depending on the workload, budget & performance)
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, w/flexibility | Mon-Thu, in office Friday will be remote

Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects related to facilities, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for management and facility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Operations, Engineering and Construction, and others to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Project Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability of facility services.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on facilities management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including Senior leadership.
