Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Tampa, FL, 33607

Duration: 4-5 Months contract with potential to be hired (depending on the workload, budget & performance)

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, w/flexibility | Mon-Thu, in office Friday will be remote

  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability of facility services.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on facilities management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including Senior leadership.
