Job Description

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.

Our Core Platform Operations (OHCPO) team, works within the Oracle Health HER Engineering team with a core focus on our product catalogue Application Service Nodes (Middleware), IBM MQ, Web Services platforms (Websphere & Weblogic), Disaster Recovery, Read Only Environments, Downtime Viewer (Inpatient, Ambulatory), Business Objects, Remote Report Distribution, Oracle Analytics Server and various Distributed File System platforms. We are responsible for building and maintaining these products as well as focusing on preparation for OCI migrations to help us enable our products and operate with greater efficiency, security, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

A Product Service Systems Administrator 3 you will work closely with operations and engineering teams to identify solutions in technical infrastructure support and server administration in a large-scale customer environment supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems; and administering and troubleshooting issues with messaging middleware and message brokers.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Linux & Windows operating systems, hands-on experience with troubleshooting, and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hyper focus on driving and improving security hardening initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide day-to-day operational support for Core Platform Operations.
Drive Security Initiatives
Perform Tech currency and upgrades.
Respond to various Customer Service Request.
Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams.

Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise administrative scripting using major scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, or linux / bash

Experience with Active Directory
Experience with both Linux & Windows Operating systems is preferred
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as OCI, AWS or Azure is preferred
Experience with various scan platforms (Crowdstrike, Qualys) is preferred
Able to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
Min. 3-5 years' experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from $38.03 to $76.06 per hour; from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
