Java Full Stack Developer Onsite (Dallas, TX)

Experience Required: 14+ Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React (8+ years) and Spring Boot (10+ years). The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.

  • Build reusable UI components, ensure high performance, and implement front-end best practices.

  • Develop robust backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.

  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code following industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define technical solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.

  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills & Experience Frontend

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and related ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, React Query, Webpack, etc.).

  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI frameworks.

  • Experience building large-scale, component-based UI architectures.

Backend

  • 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

  • Strong knowledge of REST API development, security frameworks, and JVM performance tuning.

  • Hands-on experience with Spring modules (Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud).

Other Technical Skills

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.

  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
