Position is temp to hire and will require candidate to work onsite Mon-Fri in Houston downtown.

Summary:

We are seeking a techno functional Product Specialist to lead and support initiatives related to Enterprise CMS platforms. Currently on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and working on CMS migration to Sanity. This role will own tasks, provide clear summaries, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of both no-code and code-based workflows, while also contributing to content strategy and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document tasks for CMS enhancements and CMS migration projects.
  • Support no-code and code implementations on AEM until the migration is completed.
  • Drive migration from AEM to Sanity CMS, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Assist in content strategy development to align with business goals.
  • Work with Dev teams to help with execution
  • Help with prioritization of tasks and initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams for seamless delivery.
  • Provide regular status updates and summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+years of experience working as a digital analyst/Product owner with Enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of no-code tools and basic coding practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in any enterprise CMS is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in migration projects, content management workflows, and content strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
