RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing a technical product portfolio, guiding the development of business plans, and managing the product roadmap. This position focuses on identifying market trends, building business cases for new product opportunities, and defining product requirements and roadmaps. The candidate should have solid experience in product management, marketing, technical specification gathering, and planning for commercialization.

Responsibilities:
* Meeting revenue and profitability targets for assigned products
* Translate customer needs and usage behavior into detailed product requirements and enhancements
* Managing the product market requirements and technical requirements for assigned products and collaborating with program management and engineering teams to ensure the consumer's needs are met through the product development process
* Life cycle management of assigned products, including pricing, refresh, and obsolescence of products
* Define and manage the roadmap for assigned products while keeping digital user experience in mind
* Partnering with Sales and Operations to create accurate forecasts
* Delivering product and marketing presentations to internal stakeholders to create alignment for the goals of the product line
* Providing product/benefit expertise to the sales and communications teams including competitive matrix charts reflecting market share by brand and price point
* Responding quickly to the needs of internal/external customers including sales and engineering to capitalize on new opportunities
* Present new product ideas and concepts to management, sales and customers through strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Participates in preparation of training for sales team for new product introductions including argumentation points and other relevant sales information

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in Engineering preferred; Degrees in Business Administration or Marketing also considered
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in commercial electronics, access control, or the fire industry
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
* Strong financial and data analysis skills
* Excellent written communications skills
* Proven ability to work cooperatively across multiple functions of a business
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
