Sr. ServiceNOW developer with CSM experience - Customer Service Management + ITSM Remote

Looking for

  • Senior ServiceNow Developer with the following skillset/experience
  • 9-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer
    • UI Builder good to have
    • Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances) must have hands-on experience including - Integration + customization configuration
    • Integration + customization +configuration
    • ITSM MUST have
    • HRSD should be conversant
    • Portal Development Angular/HTML/CSS
    • Strong JavaScript skills
    • Integration skills; integrating SNOMED with other apps REST, SOAP or other methods
    • ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP, and MID server API s
    • Automation configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
    • Performance Analytics
