Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce development and work with a dynamic team to deliver innovative CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
Manage and maintain Salesforce administration tasks, including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms, including HubSpot, using APIs and other integration tools.
Optimize and maintain the Salesforce data model, including custom and standard objects, fields, and relationships.
Implement Salesforce Shield to enhance system security and performance monitoring.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical insights and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning framework.
Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs for integration with third-party systems.
Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, relationships, and fields.
Experience with HubSpot, including automation, marketing, and integration functionalities.
Expertise in implementing Salesforce Shield for security and performance monitoring.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
