Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: 100% On-site Madison, WI
Relocation: Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate at own expense
Job Summary:
Desktop Support Technician to join its (BITS). This role is fully onsite and involves both deskside and remote support for end users, software installations, and hardware setup.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical issues on Windows laptops and desktops
Install and configure software (packaged and manual)
Set up computer stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals
Manage and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system
Assist with Windows 11 upgrades, BIOS updates, and BitLocker deployment
Support office relocation and PC imaging initiatives
Requirements (Must Have 3+ Years):
Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting
Ticket management and issue tracking
Software installation and configuration
Hardware and peripheral setup
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Ivanti or SCCM experience
Imaging and deploying desktop systems
