Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM BSA

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: San Jose, CA 

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Possess a strong functional understanding of ITSM and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITAM processes is a huge plus.
• Demonstrate an exceptional ability to create detailed and comprehensive user stories for all ServiceNow modules.
• Create roadmaps that map out the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience with ServiceNow products and services.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of Scrum/Agile Methodologies.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer handling and coordination capabilities to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate requirement gathering processes and workshops, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracking, coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct ServiceNow module and application demos, showcasing key features and functionalities.
• Prepare engaging and informative decks for demos and workshops to effectively communicate ServiceNow capabilities.
• Utilize exceptional functional knowledge to conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions for various modules of ServiceNow.
