Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite weekly)
6 months CTH
About the Role
We're looking for a true SDET-someone who doesn't just automate tests but builds frameworks, understands systems end-to-end, and can dig into code when needed. What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom test automation frameworks from scratch
- Perform end-to-end testing including placing trades, validating multi-day workflows, and testing API integrations
- Conduct advanced data validation using complex SQL queries
- Work closely with developers to patch and validate code independently
- Build performance/load testing scripts (JMeter preferred)
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
Additional Expectations
- Must relocate to Austin, TX before the start date and work onsite 3 days a week
- Strong ownership mindset-this is not a hands-off QA role
