Job Overview:
This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. The role requires reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that demand in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. The consultant will contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges.
  • Collaborate strategically with executives, operations leaders, and frontline partners to map out and understand current practices, operational routines, and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement ways to enhance production efficiency for workstreams around demand and capacity planning, operational routines, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and identify new practical opportunities to increase ROI.
  • Train and assist with upskilling internal resources.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience with demonstrated ability to apply concepts, methods, and tools in operational environments.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of financial service operations or manufacturing.

Desired but not required:
  • PowerBI/Tableau experience.
  • SAS/Python experience.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and express changes with confidence

Pay Range: $63 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
