The Desktop Support Technician will provide hands-on technical support for both Windows and macOS environments, ensuring end users receive timely assistance and reliable systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, imaging new devices, and managing incidents through ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to end-user support requests via phone, email, and walk-up for both Mac and Windows systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software break/fix issues, including reinstallation of applications, drivers, and add-ins.
- Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Build and deploy new system images for Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage incidents and update/close tickets in ITSM platforms, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support and triage configuration issues related to operating systems.
- Assist with other technical tasks as needed to support site operations.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of end-user support experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in computer configuration, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with incident management and IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
- Proficiency in Windows 7/10 environments and macOS support.
- Experience using SMS or equivalent tools for system and application management.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, O365, AWS, and identity management platforms such as Okta.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
