* 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector
* Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
* Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and independently maintain/fix test scripts
* Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements
* Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems
* Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems
* Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis
* Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments
* A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model
