Position: Software Engineer - Full Stack (Mobile-First, Backend-Focused)
Location: Remote
Salary: up to $160,000 base annual salary + bonus + excellent benefits

We're looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving complex problems across the stack. You'll play a key role in shaping the architecture, building backend services, and delivering seamless mobile experiences using Flutter, React, and Java.
What You'll Do
Architect and build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop mobile-first applications with Flutter and React.js.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
Drive product discovery and iterate based on user feedback.
Champion performance, scalability, and clean code practices.
What You Bring
3+ years of full-stack or product-focused development experience.
Strong backend chops with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in Flutter and React.js.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
Startup or Agile product team experience.
Passion for user experience and product design.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets.
Contributions to open-source or personal product portfolio.
