Senior Product Manager
We re hiring a seasoned Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for our software platform products. You ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities that enable customers and internal teams to leverage the platform with ease infusing AI-powered experiences that unlock efficiency, insights, and scale. A key focus will be on building self-service features such as customer support portals, knowledge bases, and intelligent assistance, empowering users to resolve issues and gain value independently. You ll lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, GTM, and operations to deliver products that are robust, intuitive, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software platform.
Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of self-service features, including support portals, onboarding flows, and knowledge tools.
Embed AI-driven capabilities (recommendations, automation, conversational support) into the platform experience.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and functions.
Champion a data-centric approach to decision-making: monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and apply insights to roadmap priorities.
Evangelize the platform internally and externally, serving as the voice of the customer.
Required Skills and Experience
8 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record delivering software platform products.
Strong background in AI/ML technologies ability to shape product direction with AI capabilities in mind.
Proven success leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Experience building self-service customer-facing products (e.g., portals, support automation, knowledge management).
Demonstrated ability to apply data analysis and metrics to prioritize, validate, and measure impact.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
