Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with Platform Developer I & II certifications to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be local to North Carolina and available to work on W2. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.

  • Build scalable and maintainable solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

  • Optimize and troubleshoot performance and platform issues.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver work in iterative sprints.

  • Maintain clear documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II.

  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and deployment processes.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (like Copado or Gearset), and SFDX.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms is a plus.

Additional Notes:

  • Must be W2 No C2C or third-party submissions will be considered.

  • Must be local to North Carolina This is a requirement for occasional onsite meetings.
