Job Description
This position is with our Advanced
Development Program (ADP), known as the
historic Skunk Works, in Fort Worth, TX,
Marietta, GA or Palmdale, CA. We are looking
for world-class talent for this position to join
the 75+ year tradition of creating advanced
aircraft. The candidate will join an ADP effort
as a Systems Engineer. Candidate must be able
to concurrently handle multiple and widely
varying assignments simultaneously in a fast
paced, ever changing environment. Must have
the ability to work independently as well as
being a team player and willing to support
other team members on a proactive basis in
any capacity needed. Must engage
professionally and effectively with senior
management. Must be able to successfully
meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline.

is located at a facility that requires special access.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Systems Engineer, you will:
Utilize systems engineering skills such as technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk management, and configuration control at the system level.
Oversee and track change requests, ensuring proper approvals and closure while maintaining communication with internal teams and external customers.
Provide guidance on process execution while leading process development and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate across integrated product teams (IPTs) and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Support program phases, balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
