Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $149,500.00-$199,300.00.

Reports To: Senior Director, Digital Quality
Department: Quality Digital Innovation
Lead digital transformation of QMS using advanced analytics and statistical models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex quality data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that improve quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict quality issues, enhance risk management, and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, QMS users, and IT teams to define and prioritize data science projects.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand quality-related data, ensuring effective modeling and prediction of key quality indicators.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor quality metrics and model performance.
- Ensure data science solutions align with GxP and other relevant regulatory frameworks, maintaining data integrity and auditability.
- Provide mentorship on standard methodologies for data analysis, statistical methods, and data modeling in regulated environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience working with large-scale data.
- Understanding of GxP principles, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $149,500.00-$199,300.00.
