• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree: Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain are a plus

• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm but may be required to work some nonstandard hours to support global needs
• $25-35 per hour
• Some work may be done remotely but need to be based in the Austin Texas metro area or surrounding city for daily commute to the office if needed

We are seeking a mid-level Global Commodity Business Manager to support strategic sourcing activities within the IT Software category. This role involves supplier negotiations, RFx management, stakeholder collaboration, and contract support. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced procurement environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead sourcing initiatives for IT Software (SaaS, Cloud, Engineering tools).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Assist in RFx creation, supplier communications, and contract development (SOWs, MSAs, pricing).
• Participate in supplier negotiations and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to spend management projects focused on cost savings and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and security teams.
• Support global sourcing efforts and local buying needs.
