As an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) specializing in cybersecurity, you will take on a pivotal leadership role in managing and securing cloud-based environments. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of information system security, ensuring compliance with rigorous Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards and other governmental and industry guidelines, such as NISPOM/DAAPM, Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503, and NIST publications.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining security policies
  • preparing and reviewing Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Reviewing and creating mitigation reports
  • Managing System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise security measures
  • Coordinate with government security representatives and other teams to address complex security challenges and develop innovative solutions tailored to unique requirements

What You'll Need:
  • 10 years' related experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in Special Access Program (SAP) and Collateral Information Systems Security
  • Experience in Cloud-based security
  • Meet DoD 8570/8140 Certification Requirements for IAM Level III
  • Experience and understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST, ICD, DoD and CNSS standards
  • Hands on experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation and management
  • Experience with eMASS
  • Experience with secure coding practices and vulnerability/quality scanning tools

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Security hardening scripting/automation experience
  • Microsoft OS Certification (MCSE Win 7 or other) Linux certification (RHCSA, CompTIA Linux, LCFS/LCFE, etc.)
  • Knowledge of agile development processes and DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
  • Understanding of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle) certifications
  • Additional desired certifications include CCNA, CCSP, CSSP, MCSE, and/or SANS GIAC

Security Clearance:
  • Must have an active TS level clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
