Role: DNA UX Field Tech

Location Remote

Job Description:

Lead implementation, training, consulting and configuration of IIS Hosted application (DNA UX)

Engage directly with clients to configure and implement the application from kick off through go-live.

Act as technical consultant working directly with clients in areas such as networking, Windows system administration, and software deployment.

Responsible for taking the ownership of the issues, updating the status to internal and external stakeholders until resolved.

Monitor and resolve client s inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate issue diagnosis, clear communication, and follow through to completion.

Responsible for participating in daily internal team meetings and scheduled client calls to review project progress, discuss open issues and provide status updates.

Utilize and grow both technical and financial industry skills as part of a rewarding, unique, and challenging position.

Gain exposure to a diverse group of financial technology products which integrate into the application (DNA UX)

Review deliverables and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor s degree in MIS, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 7 years IT/industry experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills

Experience working with client s technical teams and building relationship

Required Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services) and IIS hosted applications including configuration and management.

Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL Server) and their integration with IIS-hosted applications.

Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.

Knowledge of security protocols, SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS enforcement and ensure secure communication for hosted applications.

Understanding of integration with third party applications.

Diagnose and resolve application issues, server errors, and connectivity problems promptly.

Analyze logs and error reports to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing application-related queries and issues.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated issues and implement fixes.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact with clients, technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience using, configuring, troubleshooting and/or developing for the Open Solutions DNA application suite

Experience working with large enterprise-wide application systems

Experience with troubleshooting web applications using Fiddler.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark.
