Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage SAP Task Center to integrate tasks from various SAP and third-party applications.
  • Enable task federation using REST APIs and ensure task caching for performance and resilience.
  • Support end users in accessing and processing tasks via SAP Task Center Web App, SAP Mobile Start, and SAP Start.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define task workflows and ensure proper routing and visibility.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and administrators.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Task Center.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Workflow Management, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in BTP or related modules.
  • Experience with SAP Mobile Start and SAP Start.
  • Understanding of task substitution management and user access control.
