Hi Good Morning,
Graphic Design Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Duration: One Year, can be extended
Rate: Open
Note: - Minimum of five (5) examples of graphic design work including print and digital projects
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Administration
Contractor shall provide a project manager who will act as point of contact on all projects and deliverables and be responsive to the needs of LA SAFE as required by the scope of services. The project manager shall:
Conduct a project kickoff meeting with LA SAFE
Conduct project status meetings and provide progress reports
Determine individual assets that are needed according to final deliverables, as needed
Create schedules for individual deliverables and assign to contractor team members accordingly
Oversee assigned deliverables and make sure they are on-track through stages of process
Collaborate and communicate effectively with contractor team and LA SAFE team
Facilitate strong quality assurance/quality control protocols
Ensure consistency of drafts provided for review and final deliverables
Contribute to refinement of workflow protocols, as needed
Any other tasks as determined by contractor team's workflow, as needed Southern California 511 Customer Experience and Creative Support Services (SOW)

2. Marketing and Design Support
a. Copywriting/Editing:
Produce copy for digital and print deliverables, adhering to SoCal 511's objectives in English and Spanish
Copy edits existing prose, adhering to SoCal 511's objectives in English and Spanish

b. Creative Design/Production:
Design layouts from concept to final and/or employ SoCal 511's existing design standards and templates
Interpret design style guides and design within an existing graphic design vocabulary, working with and/or expanding upon defined sets of templates as well as design and messaging guardrails
Ensure design and messaging is on target with key goals and objectives
Assist with reviewing and refining work of other consultants as needed
Assist in-house team with additional creative tasks as necessary such as research, concepting, storyboarding, etc.

3. Customer Experience Support
a. Discovery
Review current usage/performance of the SoCal 511 platforms (Google Analytics)
Understanding SoCal 511 user objectives, target audience, and existing user flows
