UX Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX design and architecture for Salesforce sales workflows tailored to banking products and services, ensuring seamless and compliant user experiences for sales representatives and managers.
Collaborate closely with banking sales, compliance, product, and technical teams to understand unique industry requirements, customer needs, and regulatory constraints.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UX specifications optimized for Salesforce CRM customization in banking environments.
Analyze user feedback and sales data to continuously improve sales process interfaces and workflows within Salesforce.
Advocate and implement UX best practices and design standards that align with banking industry regulations and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Ensure all UX solutions meet accessibility, usability, security, and performance standards.
Provide strategic guidance on UX design for Salesforce upgrades and new tool implementations in the banking sales domain.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Architect or similar role with a focus on banking industry sales processes and Salesforce CRM.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, especially within banking or financial services.
Expertise in user-centered design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing in regulated industries.
Ability to translate complex banking sales workflows and compliance requirements into simple, effective user experiences.
Excellent communication skills to liaise between business, compliance, design, and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
