Location: Hybrid (Onsite as needed) Client Location: New York

Experience Required:
- Total Experience: 10+ years
- Relevant Experience: 10+ years in Clinical R&D, GenAI, and Project Management
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in Clinical R&D
- Experience with Generative AI tools and applications
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Effective in matrix environments with clinical, regulatory, and tech teams
- Cross-functional leadership across offshore/onshore teams
- Stakeholder management across time zones/geographies
- AI automation opportunity identification
- Translating business needs into technical project requirements
- Roadmap development aligned with strategic goals
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic project scopes
- Ensures documentation, traceability, and audit-readiness
