Location: Seattle, WA

Rate/Salary: DOE
Required Skills & Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in POS support, technical support, or application support.
· Strong hands-on experience in API testing and API validation (REST/JSON).
· Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Verifone, Ingenico, Clover, Toast, or similar).
· Experience using Postman, Curl, or similar API testing tools.
· Good understanding of the payment’s domain, transaction flow, EMV, and terminal configuration.
· Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues, logs, and error codes.
· Experience working with SQL for basic queries and data validation.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
