Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and executive-level scrutiny.
  • Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrix environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity/undefined areas.
  • Agile experience and/or certifications.
  • Regulatory reporting experience.
  • Capital Markets, Treasury, Financial or Accounting experience.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets, Treasury, Financial or Accounting experience.
  • Coordinate across Product, business, tech, and partner teams providing visibility into current and planned deliverables, risks, and financial health.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, own and limit initiative risk mitigation, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area.
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
