Job description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects related to commission structures, payout systems, and annuity product implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, finance, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Analyze existing commission and annuity processes to identify gaps and recommend system enhancements or redesigns.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal risk controls related to financial product distribution and compensation.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations for commissions and annuities platforms.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Mentor junior project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and accountability.
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication on project progress, risks, and financial impacts.
