• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• • The Network Engineer II will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. This role requires advanced expertise in routing, switching, and network security technologies, along with strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. The engineer will collaborate across IT teams to deliver reliable and secure connectivity for business-critical operations.Network Design & Implementation
    • Design and architect LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center network solutions.
    • Configure and implement advanced routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
    • Deploy and manage firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
    • Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations ensuring minimal downtime.
    Operations & Maintenance
    • Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security.
    • Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
    • Maintain comprehensive network documentation (diagrams, configurations, SOPs).
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
    Security & Compliance
    • Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with standards.
    • Conduct vulnerability testing and respond to security incidents.
    • Apply remediation measures and stay updated on emerging threats.
    Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead network infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
    • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
    • Collaborate with system, security, and application teams to support integrated solutions.
    Top Required Skills & Experience (5+ years):
    1. Advanced bridging and routing integration technologies.
    2. Strong experience troubleshooting LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
    3. Proficiency in firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
    4. Proven background in network design and architecture.
    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with network monitoring and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with security tools, log analysis, and VoIP technologies.
