Oracle C2M Functional Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months contract
I.P.: IBM | End-client: Oncor
Requirement:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis - C2M system.
- Design and configuration of the C2M
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users.
Nice to have skills:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the C2M system.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality.
- Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
System Design and Configuration:
- Participate in the design and configuration of the C2M system to meet business needs.
- Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design billing configurations, and customer account management.
- Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
- Testing and Implementation
