Job Details

About the Role:
Avanciers are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team at the Richmond manufacturing unit (Electrification Smart Power Power Protection division). This role will support HR operations, drive employee engagement, and contribute to HR projects that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support daily HR activities across assigned areas/functions.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and time/attendance tracking for production and administrative staff.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent application of organizational procedures.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, code of conduct, and U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and policy support.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
