Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability and maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of integrated operations platforms that unify asset management, production performance, and team collaboration.
- Use the CMMS to track work orders, equipment history, and key reliability metrics.
- Perform root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and support predictive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Troubleshoot complex automation and robotics issues, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
- Provide reliability and maintainability input for new capital projects involving automation or robotics.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to create and optimize asset care and preventive maintenance plans.
- Standardize critical spare parts and manage equipment bills of materials (BOMs).
- Develop and monitor reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
- Train maintenance technicians on reliability best practices, robotic systems, diagnostics, and safe handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Perform inspections, testing, and planned maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
- Identify, document, and communicate technical issues, recommendations, and solutions to key stakeholders.
- Utilize technology daily, including CMMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, and at least 5 years of industrial reliability or maintenance experience.
OR
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance or reliability, preferably in a regulated production environment.
- Availability to work standard hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and provide after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Proven experience with CMMS software and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
