Role: Project Manager with Success Factor
Work Location: Princeton, NJ Hybrid (3days Onsite/Week)
Required Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- SuccessFactors product knowledge: Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, EC Payroll) and their functionality.
- Integration expertise: Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems (including understanding of the SAP ecosystem).
- Data migration and quality: Understanding of data migration strategies, data cleansing processes, and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation.
