Job Description
Who we are looking for.

DMC (Corporate Functions) is looking for a highly skilled Senior Lead/Application Manager with financial and technical experience to lead the Treasury and Credit Finance technology teams. Candidate should have a
demonstrated history in defining and driving transformation initiatives to realize significant business enablement and efficiencies. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and process mapping skills required. The candidate will play a key role in designing and optimizing software applications, implementing innovative solutions, and coordinating work effort with other application development, database architecture and Infrastructure teams. Experience with implementing and integrating vendor systems and influencing requirements to make sure that "best practices" are implemented to support scalability, sustainability, and optimization in the target end state. Strong influencing skills required to drive consensus across diverse set of stakeholders and governing committees.

What you will be responsible for
  • Manage global application development teams, project managers and analysts across different geographies and time zones in achieving implementation milestones.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Participate in scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, unit testing, and production deployment.
  • Document and interact with business and technology stake holders/team members as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the data sources and operational processes, and data dependencies. Challenge status quo, advocate for change as applicable.
  • Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for adopting new tools and technologies to improve our technology stack.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience implementing technology solutions, preferably with financial services firm(s).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
  • Solid presentation and writing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in some type of financial services
  • Aptitude for, and common-sense approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
