We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring a PC Refresh Specialist for a contract position. Interested?   • Worksite Location: Anoka, MN
  • Contract Duration: 6 months + possibility to extend
  • Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

What you ll do as the PC Refresh Specialist:

  • Unbox newly purchased computer equipment
  • Connect with employees and IT Staff to understand current system configuration and swap
  • Collect address information from employees
  • Inform employees after their new computer is sent to them that they will need to ship their current computer back to the depot
  • Provide the return information
  • Configure PCs which may include user profile configuration
  • Box up imaged PC and ship it to the end user

What you ll bring to the PC Refresh Specialist role:

  • Experience with imaging and PC replacement projects
  • Enterprise Win 10/11 Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently after training and work direction has been given
