Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Keep Exchange Sustainability at 99.9% SLA
- Assist with reviewing documentation, Remedy ticketing, implementing change controls, and at time interfacing with clients
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years' experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers
- A team oriented person who can work without direction and is self-motivated
- Experience with DAG configurations with Exchange 2016 or higher in a large environment
- Experience with Multi-Node DAG's across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment
- Proficient with Splunk
- Ability to maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM
- Ability to troubleshoot to Root Cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environment
- Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue through completion
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment via Skype, WebEx, or Teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with LOB's, Clients and Tech-savvy stakeholders
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and provide daily productive results
- Automation skills to reduce manual activities
- Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
- Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
- Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator
- Detail oriented and organized
