Job Description:
  • The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing platform infrastructure and applications across multiple environments.
  • This role focuses on improving system reliability, performance, and software delivery efficiency while ensuring seamless collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • DevOps experience.
  • Platform engineering expertise.
  • Cloud experience (Azure/Google Cloud Platform/AWS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
  • Hands-on experience deploying software artifacts across multiple environments.
  • Experience in Java-based application deployments on WebSphere and Tomcat.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and applying software patches.
  • Experience with Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production environments and ensure system availability and performance.
  • Manage platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market for software solutions.
  • Support development, QA, integration, UAT, staging, load, and production deployments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot software runtime environments.
  • Provide development and incident support.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Ant, Maven, Nexus, Rundeck, Chef.
  • Use code repository tools such as Git.
  • Contribute to configuration management architecture.
  • Design tools to streamline SCM, integration, and QA processes.
  • Define and enforce policies to improve software delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous integration and delivery throughout SDLC.
