Job Details
This position also includes responsibilities customer service experience such as
- Proactively contacting business clients to build relationships and guide them through the company s services

- Improving onboarding processes and customer service policies
- Creating educational resources for customers
- Monitoring and renewing contracts

Essential Functions:
- Deliver best-in-class customer service
- Schedule service technicians daily
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls
- Escalate unscheduled service requests as needed
- Collaborate across departments to align scheduling with business needs
- Serve as the primary contact for critical system issues
- Support technicians in meeting customer expectations
- Identify and implement customer engagement strategies
- Improve internal processes to enhance teamwork and customer success
- Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Track and report on project performance
- Coordinate customer information gathering for projects
- Facilitate root cause analysis and implement best practices
- Develop and refine processes, reporting, and tools
Qualifications:
