Job Details

System One is looking to hire a Helpdesk technician for a company in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Set up and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain workstations and laptops.
  • Assist with server creation and maintenance.
  • Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets effectively.
  • Independent problem-solving with good judgment on when to escalate.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Technical Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Workstation installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software setup, networking, and printer support.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and in person.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and VMWare is a plus.
  • Knowledge of firewalls and networking fundamentals.
  • IT certifications are preferred but not required.
