Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote NJ/NY
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in Medical Data Lake and Healthcare Data Systems, ideally within large commercial pharma organizations. The candidate should have hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving data-focused initiatives in the pharma domain.
Responsibilities:
- Improving Patient Care: This can be a key experience point. Your resume should show how your analysis led to improved patient outcomes, such as reduced readmission rates or better resource allocation for specific diseases.
- Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Highlight projects where you streamlined workflows, optimized administrative processes (like claims processing or appointment scheduling), or reduced operational costs by analyzing data from a data lake.
- Driving Strategic Decisions: Describe how your data-driven insights informed strategic planning, such as identifying opportunities for growth, improving the value of care, or forecasting future trends. This shows a link between your work and the organization's business goals.
- Translating Data into Action: The core of a business analyst's role is being the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your resume should reflect your ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to a non-technical audience.
Key Requirements:
- Strong BA background with proven experience in Healthcare Data Systems / Medical Data Lake
- Experience working in large commercial pharma organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be local to NJ/NY and available for occasional onsite meetings in NYC
