Location: Regional - Multiple locations across the Southern and Northeastern United States

Description:
* The Business Analyst will provide support for both strategic and day-to-day functions of a customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
* The role focuses on enhancing platform processes and optimizing workflows.
* This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to increase adoption and improve user experience, ensuring that CRM best practices are embedded across the organization.
Required Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting
* Strong focus on understanding customer needs and converting them into technical requirements
* 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst
* Deep understanding of business operations and CRM process optimization
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a leading CRM platform
* Bachelor s degree in business, information systems, or related field
Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with administering CRM systems, including dashboard and report management
* Experience integrating third-party applications into CRM platforms
* CRM administrator certification is a strong advantage
* Demonstrated ability to lead user testing and support user training
Compensation:
Pay Range: $51.45-$73.50 Per Hr
