Job Description

• Lead the automation testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca
• Proven experience in leading onsite offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
• Develop and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks, and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions
• Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools, Tosca Commander, Test Case Design, Tosca API, Tosca TDM
• Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance
• Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage
• Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment
• Have strong Communication skills and are good at working with multiple vendors and client stakeholders
• Prior experience in the Travel and Hospitality Domain
• Expertise in Client Interaction and Strong stakeholder management, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Good to have API Testing, RESTSOAP Postman Ready API, Selenium, Tosca BI
