Description
A client of TEKsystems is hiring for a Project Coordinator. The business teams heavily engage with the various business groups such as ( Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Construction, Risk, etc). When a business team wants to initiate a project, they now work through a review board called BOTS. Business Operations Technology Services. This group has been newly established over the last 24 months to ensure funding is available, ensure prioritization is agreed upon, leadership approves of the project, and to reduce duplicate effort across the Gas organization.
The Bots team does intake and supports the lifecycle of a project. There has been an increase in demand of project work for 2025, causing a capacity gap. This team is seeking an additional resource to join their team to support communication efforts when engaging with the business stakeholders. On a monthly level all business stakeholders meet with BOTS. In this meeting, BOTS presents to the business updates regarding the project, this may be in form of Power Point, Excel, or Power BI Dashboards. The team needs a resource to support the creation of these outputs. This is more than just a person to gather information, it should be a creative person who can bring new ways of delivering key milestone data. Often the C level, including the Chief Data Officer will come to the BOTS team to ask for certain data, or deck material that needs to be built as well. This person will be utilized as a Jr. PM / Project Coordinator.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
