Job Title: QuickSight Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate BI Engineer with a strong focus on AWS QuickSight to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging AWS QuickSight to create insightful, interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive decision-making across the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and utilizing AWS data technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage AWS QuickSight to create insightful, interactive dashboards, and visualizations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using AWS data technologies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate QuickSight with other BI software like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Ensure that BI solutions adhere to data warehousing and BI best practices.
- Monitor and optimize QuickSight performance to meet business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest QuickSight features, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development, with at least 2 years focused on AWS QuickSight.
- Experience with other BI software like Tableau, PowerBI.
- Proven expertise in creating complex analyses and visualizations that meet business needs, using AWS QuickSight.
- Strong background in data warehousing and BI best practices, preferably with experience in AWS data technologies (e.g., Redshift, RDS, S3).
Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS QuickSight, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of BI tools and techniques, such as data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with AWS data technologies like Redshift, RDS, and S3.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
