Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and how IT systems can support them.
  • Document these requirements, ensuring they are clear and comprehensive.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, outlining the features, functionality, and design of new or modified systems.
  • If required we must create diagrams, flowcharts, and data models to help developers understand the system.
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other IT stakeholders to ensure systems are built and implemented effectively.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands the project's progress and goals.
  • Participate in testing new or modified systems to ensure they function correctly and meet requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Workday, HRIS, Rally Agile ,Data security
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on-keyboard experience as Workday Systems Analyst, supporting HR Technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Experience with HR Platforms and Workday functional technical experience
  • Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze and address complex business challenges; identify opportunities for process and design improvements.
  • Testing experience required, including demonstrated ability to create and execute test cases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and Rally tool experience preferred.
  • Partner closely with HR, Agile Scrum Teams, line-of-business, and vendors to gather and document requirements.
  • Experience using Rally Agile tool
  • Ability to create Test Scenarios and Cases.
