Job Details

Role: MS Dynamics UI/UX
Location: Malvern, PA (onsite day 1 for hybrid model) - needs to be onsite day one
Length: 1+ year (likely to be extended multiple years)


CANDIDATES NEED A PORTFOLIO!
  • These people will join a full stack team that supports the Crew Tools. These are tools the crew use to work directly with clients. For example, they use Dynamics for CRM and Genesis for their phone system.
  • These people will work specifically on the MS Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) tool. Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) is a must. They will be working to help design a better experience for the end user. Improvements such as removing clicks or improving drop down menus. They would like someone who also understands front end development so they understand the downstream impact of possible changes. They need someone who can view MS Dynamics through a UI/UX lens.

They should understand how to build Wireframes within FIGMA. Any experience with Human Factor Design is a big plus.

Tech skills needed:
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
  • Jira
  • Portfolio of their previous work is a must
Interview process:
  • 30-minute screen with manager - if that goes well
  • 1 hour portfolio review.
