Role Overview:
As an MS Power Platform Developer, you will:
Configure or develop tools to automate purchasing request forms, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking.
Ensure data standardization and validation protocols.
Provide training and documentation to support staff adoption.
Monitor workflow performance and optimize automation rules based on metrics and feedback.
Required Skills/Experience:
Power Apps: Building canvas and model-driven apps for digitizing forms and input.
Power Automate: Designing automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and data integration.
Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL: Strong knowledge of data storage and retrieval in Power Platform.
Workflow Optimization: Designing approval routing and exception handling processes.
Communication: Collaborating with staff, gathering requirements, and providing training/documentation.
Highly Desired/Preferred:
Power BI: Creating dashboards and reports for real-time tracking and audits.
Procurement/Finance Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement and accounting workflows, especially in public sector.
Agile Project Experience: Working in iterative development environments.
Change Management Support: Experience assisting with user adoption and training.
