Job Details

Role Overview:
As an MS Power Platform Developer, you will:

  • Configure or develop tools to automate purchasing request forms, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking.

  • Ensure data standardization and validation protocols.

  • Provide training and documentation to support staff adoption.

  • Monitor workflow performance and optimize automation rules based on metrics and feedback.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Power Apps: Building canvas and model-driven apps for digitizing forms and input.

  • Power Automate: Designing automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and data integration.

  • Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL: Strong knowledge of data storage and retrieval in Power Platform.

  • Workflow Optimization: Designing approval routing and exception handling processes.

  • Communication: Collaborating with staff, gathering requirements, and providing training/documentation.

Highly Desired/Preferred:

  • Power BI: Creating dashboards and reports for real-time tracking and audits.

  • Procurement/Finance Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement and accounting workflows, especially in public sector.

  • Agile Project Experience: Working in iterative development environments.

  • Change Management Support: Experience assisting with user adoption and training.
