About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Leader to drive our Microsoft partnership engagement, with a focus on developing strong sales and go-to-market (GTM) alignment with Microsoft s field sales, customer success, and partner teams. The goal is to position our organization as a preferred and trusted partner within the Microsoft ecosystem, driving joint wins and expanding our footprint across key solution areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture deep relationships with Microsoft s sales, CSM, and partner development teams to identify and jointly pursue customer opportunities.
Develop and execute a joint GTM strategy with Microsoft to accelerate co-selling, lead sharing, and solution alignment.
Position our offerings around Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and other Microsoft cloud services to align with Microsoft s strategic priorities.
Represent the company in Microsoft partner forums, events, and solution area engagements to increase visibility and influence.
Manage the end-to-end Microsoft partner lifecycle including onboarding, competency attainment, and marketplace presence.
Collaborate internally with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure readiness for Microsoft-led opportunities.
Track, report, and grow co-sell pipeline and revenue generated through the Microsoft partnership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
12+ years of experience in IT services/business development, with a strong focus on Microsoft partnerships.
Proven track record of working closely with Microsoft s field teams and driving joint GTM success.
Preferably a former Microsoft employee with an existing network inside Microsoft.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, co-sell programs, and incentive structures.
Strong business acumen with the ability to map Microsoft priorities to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building and scaling Microsoft-focused service practices or solution portfolios.
Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, IP Co-Sell, and cloud marketplace operations.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
